Maria Pia Castelli's Stella Flora is an exceptional macerated white wine from the picturesque Marche region of Italy. This wine is the result of prolonged maceration of the skins, a traditional technique which gives the wine a unique complexity and depth. Its color is slightly amber, the result of this prolonged contact with the grape skins. On the nose, Stella Flora releases intense aromas of ripe fruit, dried flowers and sweet spices, mixed with slightly honeyed and nutty notes. On the palate, it surprises with its structure and balance, offering a rich taste palette and a silky texture, while retaining remarkable freshness. This wine is a sensory exploration, reflecting the passion and innovation of the Maria Pia Castelli winery.
